PalletFORCE has announced several key changes at senior management level to meet the future development needs of the business.
Neil Carpenter, formerly financial director, has been made commercial and financial director to reflect his extended role within the organisation, overseeing the delivery of both the company and the network’s strategy. Commenting on his new role, Neil Carpenter said, “Our core objective is continuous quality enhancement to enable members to deliver the best service levels within the industry and my role is to ensure that the strategic direction of the company is actively pursued to meet this aim. “As the business continues to grow rapidly, there are many challenges ahead of us. I will have a major input into the development of the network to ensure high quality coverage across the UK, as well as overseeing resources such as IT and property acquisition, to ensure that a robust framework is in place to ensure long-term success.” Trevor Mudd, marketing and business development manager and Bob Delaney, network development manager have also seen their roles extended. Both are now closely involved in the future strategy of the business and have been appointed to the senior management team, which meets on a monthly basis. Christian Mander has moved from the finance department to a new role as network logistics analyst to support Bob Delaney in expanding the network and achieving further improvements in quality. |
