The appointments – which comprise HR, Security, Health and Safety, IT and PA to the Directors – include three new positions.

Sandra Rawson becomes PalletFORCE’s first HR Manager. Her previous position as PA to the company’s Directors, has been filled by Sonia Simmonds a PA with five years’ experience, most recently with PPG Industries Ltd.

In another new role, Alan Dale joins as Security Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of seven security personnel. Alan is an ex-policeman from Staffordshire CID with thirty years’ experience.

The third new position, of IT Manager, is filled by Rob Kucharski, an IT professional with thirty years experience, who joins from Marlborough Stirling.

Completing the new appointments is Peter Thompson, who takes on the role of Health and Safety Manager. Peter, whose last position was with Bowden Construction, has six years’ experience in Health & Safety and fourteen years in the transport industry.
