PalletFORCE Member Depot Evans Transport has extended its ties with the Network by launching PalletFORCE services from its headquarters in Barnstaple, in addition to its Exeter depot.

Evans Transport first joined PalletFORCE in early 2006.  “Chief Executive Mick Scarlett explained the principles behind the Network and we agreed that it would be an ideal way of enhancing the services we offer to our customers,” explains Nigel Evans.

When PalletFORCE’s commitment to Depot consolidation created an opening in North Devon for a new Member Depot, Evans was quick to see the potential for the company’s Barnstaple operation.

We’re extremely happy with PalletFORCE – after all if it wasn’t working, we wouldn’t be adding to it!” Nigel Evans confirms.  “A Network is only as good as its membership, and PalletFORCE’s is excellent.”

Evans Transport was founded in 1965 and is still family owned.  The company has a fleet of 90 vehicles operating from the South-West region.
