{"id":102441,"date":"2017-11-24T21:29:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-24T21:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.palletforce.com\/?p=102441"},"modified":"2021-10-20T09:31:15","modified_gmt":"2021-10-20T08:31:15","slug":"palletforce-uses-levy-to-boost-commitment-to-young-apprentices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.palletforce.com\/de\/palletforce-uses-levy-to-boost-commitment-to-young-apprentices\/","title":{"rendered":"Palletforce f\u00f6rdert mit Umlage das Engagement f\u00fcr junge Auszubildende"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das britische Express-Vertriebsnetz Palletforce ist f\u00fchrend bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung des wachsenden Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels in der Branche, indem es sein Engagement f\u00fcr die Einstellung junger Auszubildender verdoppelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das in Burton ans\u00e4ssige Unternehmen verf\u00fcgt bereits \u00fcber ein solides Lehrlingsausbildungsprogramm, ist aber jetzt eines der wenigen in der Palettenbranche, das bereits von der neuen Lehrlingsabgabe profitiert hat, wodurch die Aufnahme von B\u00fcro- und Lagerpersonal gesteigert wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die von der Regierung im April dieses Jahres eingef\u00fchrte Abgabe erm\u00f6glicht es Unternehmen mit einer PAYE-Rechnung von mehr als 3 Mio. \u00a3, in einen kommunalen Fonds einzuzahlen, der dann zur Finanzierung der Lehrlingsausbildung verwendet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palletforce wird nun j\u00e4hrlich 10 junge Leute in seiner Gabelstaplerfahrer-Akademie einschreiben. Auszubildende machen derzeit \u00fcber 10 Prozent der FLT-Fahrer im neuen SuperHub des Unternehmens aus, das k\u00fcrzlich von HRH Princess Royal er\u00f6ffnet wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem wurden in der Zentrale von Palletforce drei Auszubildende in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Informatik und Buchhaltung eingestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Michael Conroy, CEO von Palletforce, liegt der Schl\u00fcssel zur Bew\u00e4ltigung des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels darin, junge Menschen f\u00fcr die Branche zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eViele Unternehmen sehen in der Ausbildung eine M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre vorhandene Belegschaft weiterzuentwickeln\u201c, sagte er. \u201eTheoretisch ist daran nichts auszusetzen, aber es tr\u00e4gt nicht dazu bei, das Problem einer alternden Belegschaft zu l\u00f6sen und eine neue Generation in den erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten auszubilden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDie FLT Academy ist ein gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr das langfristige Engagement
