Palletforce beh\u00e4lt das Prestige Investors-in-People (IIP)-Standard<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das f\u00fchrende Paletten-Vertriebsnetz Gro\u00dfbritanniens behielt den prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Standard nach einer strengen externen Bewertung der Mitarbeiter- und Managementleistung in seiner Zentrale in Staffordshire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um den IIP-Standard zu erf\u00fcllen, musste das Unternehmen die Inspektoren in drei Schl\u00fcsselbereichen zufrieden stellen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Leadership (Menschen f\u00fchren und inspirieren, die Werte der Organisation leben, Menschen bef\u00e4higen und einbeziehen)<\/li>
  2. Unterst\u00fctzung (Leistung managen, Arbeit strukturieren, Leistung anerkennen und belohnen)<\/li>
  3. Verbesserung (Verbesserung neuer Standards; Aufbau von F\u00e4higkeiten; Bereitstellung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Im Verlauf der unabh\u00e4ngigen Bewertung trafen sich die IIP-Gutachter mit den Direktoren und Mitarbeitern von Palletforce auf vertraulicher Eins-zu-eins-Basis, um alle Aspekte des nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgew\u00e4hlten Gesch\u00e4fts zu besprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Das anschlie\u00dfende Feedback aus den Interviews zeigte, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr stolz auf Palletforce waren, dass sie f\u00fcr gute Arbeit anerkannt und belohnt wurden und ein klares Verst\u00e4ndnis ihrer Aufgaben hatten und was erforderlich war, um sie erfolgreich auszuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Der IIP-Bericht hob auch die Kommunikationspolitik der offenen T\u00fcr von Palletforce sowie die Schulungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter hervor, die der Eckpfeiler von \u201eDelivering, Better\u201c, einem Unternehmensprogramm zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung, sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nach der erstmaligen Erlangung der Auszeichnung im Jahr 2011 wurde die Reakkreditierung ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df f\u00fcr weitere zwei Jahre erteilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
