The purpose of the Network Operations Team is to support Member Depot growth and confidence, through developing a consistent day to day customer experience, onboarding and managing capacity for deliveries, and resolving issues when they occur in a satisfactory and efficient manner.The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for Members in their area overseeing procedural operations and performance objectives. This role is critical for ensuring high service levels and knowledge.
Working alongside a team of Regional Operations Managers, the successful candidate will foster depot relationships from their initial implementation through various stages of Member growth whilst also being proactive with their colleagues to achieve the highest level of service and Member reputation.
