Our Super forklifts are loaded with unique scanning, weighing and imaging software, which has been shown to deliver 20% improvement in loading and unloading times, helping to get your freight on the road quicker. Our Alliance system previews freight before it even arrives at our SuperHub so we know what’s on the way and are ready to receive and sort it.

Palletforce is the first network to use artificial intelligence technology to predict delivery issues before they happen. Alliance Sense uses a neural network to learn from historical data and predict if any consignments are at risk of delivery problems, and is capable of collecting more than 100,000 tracking events each day.

Previously, this rich pool of information was relatively untouched once delivery was complete, but we have become the first express network to use the data to innovatively improve service performance for our members and their customers.
