Centre of attention

Palletforce’s SuperHub in Burton upon Trent is the largest drive-through distribution centre in Europe, dealing with around 500 trucks per night.

With lorries coming in from across the country, every pallet is weighed, scanned and imaged to provide full visibility at all times. More than 16,000 pallets a night – around 4 million per year – are sent out for delivery.

Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure our delivery performance is above 99% and has helped us to win many awards, including a National Business Award and Motor Transport awards.

Cutting-edge solutions

Palletforce’s Technology Trident is a multi-million-pound suite of tools to give our members, partners and customers unrivalled abilities to track their freight from collection to delivery.

Alliance Sense

Uses AI technology to learn from historical data to predict which consignments are at risk of potential problems and offers solutions to avoid them. .

ePOD 2

Our £2m ePOD update provides real-time vehicle tracking and vehicle notification facilities, with the ability to send updates to consignees via SMS, email and Twitter as pallets move through the delivery process.

Software solutions

With our unique scanning and imaging software, all of our forklift trucks can capture crystal-clear images of each pallet passing through the network, allowing members and customers to check the conditions of the pallets as they are unloaded and loaded.
