The gala awards celebration encompasses a number of awards reflecting the contributions of staff throughout the business. Award categories include Forklift Truck Driver of the Year, Outstanding Business Contribution, Employee Champion of the Year, the Efficiency award – and Superstar of the Year.

The awards pay special attention to how Palletforce has enabled staff to grow within the business and the Apprentice of the Year award is always one of the highlights of the evening. Palletforce is proud of the dedicated support, training and guidance that it gives to apprentices and it is always a special moment when the Apprentice of the Year winner is announced.
